28 Nov Paul Pogba puts a spell on you with Predator
Our latest work for adidas is another memorable spot involving Manchester United’s Paul Pogba, which follows this season’s kit launch with Desiigner and last year’s Dusky and Wiley collab BLAH BLAH BLAH (which was nominated for a Music Week Sync Award).
‘Predator Is Back’, produced by ad agency Iris and Skunk director Jonathan Augustavo, finds the charismatic footballer magically changing his surroundings, including several surprised passers by, as he strolls through his mostly monochrome domain before squaring up to rival midfielder Mesut Özil. Given the theme, the soundtrack was obvious – ‘I Put a Spell on You’ by Screamin’ Jay Hawkins makes for the perfect musical match.
