Mobile network Vodafone has expressed outrage at Ofcom’s decision to give Everything Everything (owners of the soon-to-be-abandoned Orange and T-Mobile brands) the go ahead to start rolling out 4G services, claiming the regulator has shown a “careless disregard” for the consumer.
