The Fortune 500, America’s top 500 companies, aren’t upping the ante with their social networking skills. We may have reached saturation point with the numbers of online usage to connect with consumers staying stagnant for the past two year – and that’d not even all 100% of them. Is this an indication that the online community is suited to smaller operations who want to spread the word, while the big multi-corporates have no reason to face the public.
