SOPA (otherwise known as the Stop Online Piracy Act) is likely to pass through the US Congress this month. The result will mean the US Government blocking US citizens going onto websites. What websites? Pretty much anyone they find unsuitable… the protection this gives to certain industries is unarguable. It’s the fear factor of blocking anything for the sake of it which is getting people scared.
